As I read this book I could picture those people I know who would also enjoy this journey. Whilst I know many of the coaching models being a coach I found myself reading this book more for me. Alison writes as if she is next to you chatting about life and its complexities and sharing models and tales of an alternative story for managing your inner self and managing your life. If you buy one always buy a second as you will want to give a copy to a dear friend and share the pathway with them.

I love this book. The author has an authentic way of explaining complex information into plain language. The exercises and examples helped me to assess my situation from a different angle. As a counsellor, I will definitely recommend this book to my clients.
