Wellbeing Journal

In this journal you are encouraged to write every day. Set aside a few minutes every day to answer the questions, both setting your intentions at the start of the day, and then reflecting what has gone well at the end of the day.

It is a place to express your thoughts, emotions, and what is on your mind. It helps you to connect your head, heart and hand. This helps you to keep yourself in a positive mindset and not get lost in negative self-talk. There are extra exploratory exercises throughout the journal to enhance your confidence and happiness.

Alison Blackler, the Author of ‘A Path Travelled – How to make sense of your life’ says “Writing each day is an act of self-care and self-discovery. It encourages you to clear any mental clutter, focus your mind and build awareness of your thoughts, behaviours and feelings”.

There are 12 weeks for you to get you into a good daily routine. Creating this habit will help you to change your mindset, maintain personal growth and builds resilience.

We hope you will love it as much as we do.

Thoroughly enjoyed the format of the journal. It really helped me plan, structure and build on my thoughts and goals each day. The exercises throughout and the layout was quirky and fun. I also bought two as presents for friends who love it too. Highly recommend. It is a perfect companion to every day life.

Alison’s journal is brilliant to help guide my daily journaling and helps me to focus on my intentions for the day as well as any ‘wins’, what I am grateful for and acknowledging any thoughts. A great option if you are new to journallling or more experienced.
