Dare to take time away from social media

Thank you for tuning in and for the loan for your attention. In this episode I am delighted to share with you my chat with a special guest. We will be talking about some of the negative affects of social media, taking a break from social media and what you can do instead and how this might help you to have a digital detox. If you or someone you know gets a bit stuck on socials, then this episode is full of tips and ideas.

My guest today is Lucy Woods. She qualified to teach Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction with Mindful Academy International, and is in her 3rd year of a Masters in Mindfulness with Bangor University. So am expert in her field and I am grateful to her sharing her wisdom in this episode.
