After months of writing, brain science, editing, questioning, rewriting and bringing this book to life, 20th October is the day Get REAL in Leadership officially makes its way out into the world.
And it didn’t feel right to quietly press ‘publish’ and carry on with my day.
So, I’m having a live launch celebration, and I’d love you to join me.

We’ll spend an hour celebrating the book and some of the brilliant people who’ve been part of its journey. I’ll share the story behind it and the REAL methodology, we’ll hear from some special guest speakers and contributors featured within the book, and I’ll be doing an exclusive live reading from the finished pages.
It’ll be relaxed, interactive and very 2minds. Come with a drink, bring your curiosity and help me mark what feels like a pretty huge moment!

Writing this book has reminded me just how complicated humans are… and how brilliantly fascinating that makes us. We spend so much time trying to change behaviour, when often all we need is a better understanding of what’s driving it.
